1997 Chestnut Section A Welsh Stallion

Hallmark is very proud of its Senior Section A stallion, Gallod Twm Sion Catti. He is named after the Welsh ‘Robin Hood’ also called ‘Twm Sion Catti’. As a foal he was notorious for running everywhere he went at a very fast pace. Being an inquisitive colt with a mind for checking everything out, he was often seen galloping about the broodmare pasture. Hence, the nickname ‘Speed’.
Speed is by the Grand Champion Stallion Lianna’s DM Silver, a Twyford Dollar Money son. His dam is the Supreme Champion mare Marbren Rose by Carib Reigning Monarch. This fine mare is the producer of many champions including Speed’s half brother the top winning Section C stallion Gallod Replica.
Speed has made his mark as a sire of quality offspring at a very young age. His very first foal, Gallod Twyi, was Supreme Champion as a foal under Maureen Lapicola. In 2003 Twyi won Grand Champion Section A under both India Haynes and Brynle Williams and Reserve Supreme Champion under Mr. Williams at the American Nationals in Tulsa. Speed has also sired Supreme Champion Gelding Storylands Robin Hood and Supreme Champion Storyland’s Carefree At Last.
Speed’s seventh foal crop will arrive this spring and we anticipate more great show ring prospects joining the ranks of the many champions he has produced
Speed excels in Welsh type and movement. His excellent conformation has made him a rewarding show pony. With his sweet nature and gentle disposition he is a joy to own and handle. Speed is trained to ride and drive and we look forward to having more time to continue his show career in performance.

2003 Grey Section A Welsh Stallion

Alvesta Silver Hallmark, nicknamed Marcus, is one of those very, very special colts. We knew right from day one that he was destined for greatness. A special look of quality and an abundance of personality were evident soon after his arrival. It was just too tempting not to show him as a foal. At his very first show Marcus won his foal class, was Junior Champion colt and then went on to be awarded Reserve Grand Champion to his sire, Gallod Twm Sion Catti who was named Grand Champion Section A Stallion and later Supreme Champion.
Marcus is out of the beautiful Grand Champion mare, Kenview Moon Hart. Not only does Hart excel in type and movement she has proven to be an outstanding broodmare. All 5 of her foals have become Champions including Gallod Blue Moon, Storyland’s First Edition, Storyland’s Silver Sion, Alvesta Silver Hallmark and Alvesta Super Nova.
Marcus possesses great potential for show ring success as well as becoming a future top sire of quality, type, movement and disposition.
